Kelsey Gray, M.Ed.

Owner & Founder of Mind Meadows

Kelsey Gray is a dedicated and highly skilled educator with seven years of experience in teaching general education K-5, English as a Second Language (ESL), middle school Language Arts, and Autism K-2. Her career began in South Korea, where she developed a deep passion for fostering language acquisition and literacy in diverse learning environments. Since then, she has expanded her expertise by teaching in the state of Georgia, where she focuses on a creative, student-centered approach to education.

Mrs. Gray holds a degree from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s in Teaching from Georgia Southern University. She has also earned several specialized certifications, including those in Dyslexia and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL). These advanced qualifications, combined with her hands-on experience, equip her with a wide range of strategies to meet the diverse needs of her students.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Gray has worked with a wide range of students, including English language learners, students with Autism, and those in general education. She skillfully integrates various strategies—such as differentiated instruction, visual aids, and multi-sensory learning techniques—to make reading and writing accessible to all learners.

Mrs. Gray is particularly skilled at creating inclusive and engaging classrooms where students feel supported and empowered to develop their reading and language skills. She uses a blend of research-based practices, interactive activities, and technology to keep her students motivated and excited about learning. Her work is rooted in the belief that every child can learn to read, and she is dedicated to helping each one unlock their full potential.
